A cherry slab with a weathered corner on a welded square steel tube base

This thick, solid cherry slab has a beauty and character all its own. The aged and cracked portions are preserved with an epoxy treatment. The slab is finished with a medium sheen catalyzed lacquer.

The 1 inch square welded steel tubing is sanded and clear coated with lacquer. Adjustable leveling feet.
